...Thanks so much, Denise, for your uplifting words!

It's lovely to be connecting virtually to a new community of writers and readers as I begin to settle in and find my feet in a brand-new place (after my many decades in the East Bay).

It may not have been immediately obvious, but you can download a podcast of Vivaldi's music to listen to while you're reading (or thinking about) the novel. Just click on "Music of Vivaldi's Virgins" on the home page.

I'm looking forward to the pleasures and challenges (but not the expense!) of creating a beautiful web site for A GOLDEN WEB...

May you continue to feel inspired!Barbara Quickhttp://www.barbaraquick.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8434699491181348092.post-17351484600358381922009-07-20T22:23:53.630-07:002009-07-20T22:23:53.630-07:00I enjoyed reading your post and love the fact that...I enjoyed reading your post and love the fact that you have such an elegant piece of furniture to rest your dictionary upon. I often find myself picking up my own dictionary to look something up, or many times—to look for something new.

I was also impressed with your own site, the words, music & faces of “Vivaldi’s Virgins” seemed to magically touch my soul. I look forward to reading this novel before the summer ends and allow myself to be swept off to 18th century Venice.

Thank you for writing this piece, I found it very inspiring.Denise Rae Kouzoujianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14882242344924167820noreply@blogger.com
